【目的】研究结实期不同施氮量对寒地水稻品质的影响,为结实期合理施氮提供理论依据。【方法】采用随机区组设计,研究结实期5个施氮水平对空育131品质的影响。【结果】空育131的碾磨品质与结实期施氮量呈单峰曲线,施氮量22.5kg/hm~2有最适值;垩白粒率与垩白度随着施氮量的增加而增加;蛋白质含量呈单峰曲线且与对照差异显著,但直链淀粉和脂肪酸含量与对照差异不显著;结实期施用低氮量时,对稻米品质影响不明显,但在最高肥量90kg/hm~2空育131的食味综合有明显降低趋势。【结论】在寒地条件下,施氮22.5kg/hm~2时,空育131的品质为佳。
【Objective】 The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of different nitrogen application rates on the quality of rice in cold area during grain filling stage and to provide a theoretical basis for nitrogen application at grain-filling stage. 【Method】 The randomized block design was used to study the effect of five nitrogen application periods on the quality of Kongyu131 during grain filling. 【Result】 The results showed that the mulching quality and the nitrogen application rate of Kongyu 131 had a single peak curve, and the optimum nitrogen application rate was 22.5kg / hm ~ 2. The chalky grain rate and chalkiness increased with the increase of nitrogen application rate While the content of amylose and fatty acid was not significantly different from that of the control. When the low nitrogen level was applied in the grain-filling stage, the effect on the quality of rice was not obvious, but at the highest fertilizer 90kg / hm ~ 2 empty Yu 131 integrated diet significantly reduce the trend. 【Conclusion】 The results showed that when the nitrogen application rate was 22.5kg / hm ~ 2, the quality of Kongyu 131 was better under cold conditions.
