山东省莱芜钢铁总厂铁矿于1995年11月组建了四信道跨段双工集群通信网,在生产调度中发挥了作用。但是通过一段时间的运行和使用,发现该网有接通率低、噪声大、误码率高和通信距离近等问题。经过检测和分析,技术人员认为造成以上问题的原因主要有以下几个方面:①合路器、分路器不合格,衰减幅度大;②HX270接收机灵敏度低,抗干扰能力差;③矿区地下铁矿石多,对电波吸收明显。针对以上原因,我们制定了改造方案:①系统由模拟方式升级为数字方式;②更换HX270接收机;③合路器、分路器(换用进口的费用太高)不再使用,改用8条收、发天线,在铁塔上分两层安装;④铁塔由在地面架设改为在矿区绞车楼顶架设,使天线高度增加25米,以扩大覆盖面和减少地下铁矿石的影响,机房相应移至绞车楼顶。经过上述改造,铁矿通信网克服了原有问题,达到了设计要求。一年多来,系统运行可靠,性能稳定。
