目的:研究尿激酶纤维溶酶原激活剂(Urinary plasminogen activator,uPA)在大肠癌中的表达情况,探讨其在大肠癌发生、发展、转移过程中的作用及其与预后的关系。方法:应用免疫组化技术分别对大肠癌原发灶、腺瘤、正常大肠黏膜、淋巴结转移灶、肝转移灶进行uPA的检测,应用统计学方法比较各种组织中的表达情况。结果:uPA在正常大肠黏膜、腺瘤、大肠癌原发灶中的表达依次上调;uPA随着肿瘤浸润深度、恶性程度、Dukes分期升高表达上调;uPA在伴有淋巴结转移和(或)伴有肝转移的大肠癌原发灶中的表达高于不伴有转移的大肠癌原发灶中的表达,差异有显著性意义。结论:uPA的过表达在大肠癌的发生、发展及转移的过程中可能起到一定的作用。uPA可以作为大肠癌伴淋巴结转移、肝转移的预测指标之一。
Objective: To investigate the expression of urokinase plasminogen activator (uPA) in colorectal carcinoma and its role in the development, progression and metastasis of colorectal carcinoma and its relationship with prognosis. Methods: Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect uPA in colorectal cancer primary tumor, adenoma, normal colorectal mucosa, lymph node metastasis and liver metastasis respectively. The expression of uPA in various tissues was compared by statistical methods. Results: The expression of uPA in normal colorectal mucosa, adenoma and colorectal cancer was increased in turn. The expression of uPA was up-regulated along with the depth of tumor invasion, the degree of malignancy and Duke staging. The expression of uPA in lymph node metastasis and / The expression of primary hepatocellular carcinoma was higher than that of primary colorectal carcinoma without metastasis. The difference was significant. Conclusion: The overexpression of uPA may play a role in the carcinogenesis, development and metastasis of colorectal cancer. uPA can be used as one of the predictors of colorectal cancer with lymph node metastasis and liver metastasis.
