该文首次用高效液相建立了帽蕊木茎皮中儿茶素质量分数的测定方法。选用Purospher star RP-C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm,德国Merck公司);流动相为V(乙腈):V(高纯水):V(磷酸)=10:89.1:0.9;检测波长278nm;流速1mL/min;柱温25℃。儿茶素在0.024~0.6μg内峰面积与质量呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为104.68。研究结果表明,该方法灵敏、准确、重现性好。该文报道工作的新颖性已为河南大学图书馆2008年7月2日出具的第2008001号《科技查新报告》所证实。
For the first time, a method for the determination of catechins in the bark wood was established using HPLC. Purospher star RP-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm, Merck, Germany) was used; mobile phase was V (acetonitrile): V (high purity water): V (phosphoric acid) = 10:89.1:0.9; detection wavelength was 278 nm; 1 mL/min; column temperature 25°C. There was a good linear relationship between peak area and mass of catechins within 0.024-0.6μg (r=0.9999), and the average recovery was 104.68. The results show that the method is sensitive, accurate, and reproducible. The novelty of the article’s reporting work has been confirmed by the “Science and Technology Innovation Report No. 2008001” issued by the Henan University Library on July 2, 2008.
