负面反馈是绩效管理的重要手段。文章通过对西方相关研究文献进行回顾,对负面反馈的目的、作用、影响个体面对负面反馈反应的因素进行了梳理。在文献综述的基础上,提出了管理实践的对策建议。同时针对我国相关领域研究的不足,对未来的研究方向进行了展望。文章对于推进我国负面反馈理论研究的发展具有重要意义,对管理实践也具有重要的现实意义。
Negative feedback is an important means of performance management. The article reviews the relevant western research literature, and reviews the purpose and effect of negative feedback and the factors that affect the individual’s response to negative feedback. On the basis of the literature review, the countermeasures and suggestions of management practice are put forward. At the same time, in the light of the deficiency of the research in related fields of our country, the prospect of future research is prospected. The article is of great significance to promote the development of negative feedback theory in our country and also has important practical significance for management practice.
