文化志愿者是志愿服务组织重要的人力资源,是社会公益文化事业发展不可缺少的。但是志愿服务组织对文化志愿人员的管理却不尽人意。如何充分、永续地发挥和运用文化志愿者群体,目前已成为志愿者组织需要研究的重要问题。为了确保文化志愿者资源运用的合理性和有效性,应从志愿者管理的整个过程——活动开展,人员招募、培训,激励机制和评估机制等来探求解决的途径。
Cultural volunteers are important human resources for voluntary service organizations and are indispensable for the development of social public welfare and cultural undertakings. However, the volunteer service organizations are not good at managing cultural volunteers. How to give full play to and apply cultural volunteer groups has become an important issue that volunteer organizations need to study now. In order to ensure the rationality and effectiveness of resource utilization of cultural volunteers, the solution should be sought through the whole process of volunteer management - activities, staff recruitment, training, incentive mechanism and evaluation mechanism.
