在伺服压机板料测试系统上,采用正交试验法对7A04高强铝合金板料进行了不同工艺参数(冲头速度、压边力、润滑条件)组合下的杯突试验。通过计算极差、方差等数学方法研究了不同工艺参数对试验指标的影响。结果表明:在0.8 mm厚的7A04高强铝合金板料的杯突试验中,冲头速度是影响杯突值最显著的参数,其最佳杯突工艺参数组合为:20%(5.6 mm/s)冲头相对速度、10 k N压边力、合成润滑脂润滑。
In the servo press sheet test system, cupola test under different process parameters (punch speed, blank holder force and lubrication condition) was carried out by orthogonal test method. By calculating the range, variance and other mathematical methods to study the different process parameters on the impact of experimental indicators. The results show that the punch speed is the most significant parameter that affects the cup protrusion in the test of 0.7 mm thick 7A04 high strength aluminum alloy plate. The optimum process parameters of cup process are 20% (5.6 mm / s ) Punch relative speed, 10 kN blank holder force, synthetic grease lubrication.
