随着市场经济的发展,我国医院也开始走市场化道路,在治病救人的基础上需要不断地提升自身的竞争优势,保证医院能够在医药行业中获得更加长期稳定的发展。医院为了能够有效的提升自身的市场竞争优势,应该加强内部管理,不断提升自身的内部管理水平,由内而外的强大才是医院的生存之本。在内部管理方面,医院财务管理水平相对较低,财务统计职能发挥的不是非常的充分。很多医院财务统计工作中存在一些问题影响了以奥运财务管理水平的提升,对医院发展造成了不利影响。下面我们就针对这些问题提出一些有效的改善措施仅供参考。
With the development of market economy, hospitals in our country have also begun to take the path of marketization. On the basis of treating patients and saving lives, we need to continuously improve our competitive advantages and ensure that hospitals can achieve more long-term and stable development in the pharmaceutical industry. In order to be able to effectively enhance its competitive edge in the market, the hospital should strengthen its internal management and continuously improve its own internal management level. The strength from the inside out is the basis for the survival of the hospital. In internal management, the hospital’s financial management is relatively low, the financial statistics function is not very full. Many problems in hospital financial statistics have affected the improvement of the financial management of the Olympic Games and adversely affected the development of hospitals. Below we put forward some effective improvement measures against these problems for reference purposes only.
