对餐饮业食品索证工作中存在问题,从主客观两方面进行分析。主观方面是餐饮业经营者嫌麻烦及不重视索证工作;客观方面是宣传不到位,制度可操作性差,包括索证的范围和种类太笼统,法律规定过于严厉和供货清单未统一,存在台帐记录工作量大。提出应加强索证工作宣传;不需索证的食品名单;不同领域的食品采购索证要求区别对待;统一供货清单,减轻经营者的工作量;修改罚则,减轻处罚等应对措施。
There are problems in the work of food certification for the catering industry, from two aspects of subjective and objective analysis. The subjective aspect is that the catering industry operators find it troublesome and does not attach importance to the work of cable certification. The objective aspect is that the publicity is not in place and the system is poorly operable. The scope and types of the cable licenses are too general, the laws are too strict and the supply lists are not uniform. Taiwan account record workload.
