1997年是实现“九五”计划的重要一年。国家和医药行业都已提出了“九五”计划和2010年远景目标或发展规划,总的方向、目标、战略、措施都已明确。实现上述目标主要要靠实现两个根本性转变,即经济体制由计划经济向社会主义市场经济转变,经济增长方式由粗放型向集约型转变。 社会主义市场经济要求企业的生产、经营、发展以市场为导向,要研究市场,了解市场,培育市场,开拓市场。
1997 is an important year for achieving the Ninth Five-Year Plan. Both the state and the pharmaceutical industry have proposed the “Ninth Five-Year Plan” and the 2010 long-term goal or development plan. The general direction, goals, strategies, and measures have been clearly defined. To achieve these goals, we must mainly rely on the realization of two fundamental changes, that is, the transformation of the economic system from a planned economy to a socialist market economy, and the transformation of economic growth from extensive to intensive.
