以苯乙烯(St)和丙烯酸(AA)为共聚单体,通过普通自由基溶液聚合合成了双亲性无规共聚物P(St-coAA)。双亲性无规共聚物P(St-co-AA)溶液与沉淀剂水在Y型微通道中混合进行自组装。研究了不同因素对胶束形貌以及粒径的影响。用透射电镜(TEM)和动态激光光散射(DLS)表征了自组装胶体粒子的形态、粒径大小及其分布。结果表明溶液流速,微通道尺寸以及共聚物浓度对P(St-co-AA)自组装胶束的有一定影响。
Amphiphilic random copolymer P (St-coAA) was synthesized by conventional free-radical solution polymerization using styrene (St) and acrylic acid (AA) as comonomers. The amphiphilic random copolymer P (St-co-AA) solution was mixed with precipitant water in a Y-type microchannel for self-assembly. The effects of different factors on the micelle morphology and particle size were studied. The morphology, particle size and distribution of self-assembled colloidal particles were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and dynamic laser light scattering (DLS). The results show that the solution flow rate, microchannel size and copolymer concentration have an impact on the P (St-co-AA) self-assembled micelles.
