住院老年人生活方式与骨质疏松的偏相关分析

目的了解桂林老年人生活方式与骨质疏松的关系。方法选取我院246例住院老年患者(≥60岁),在24小时内调查其性别、年龄、身高、体重、既往1年服用可能对骨质有影响的他汀类降脂药、质子泵抑制剂、肝素、避孕药、激素、含维生素D3的钙片等及吸烟、饮酒、喝浓茶、碳酸饮料、牛奶、吃水果、蔬菜、运动、睡眠、摔跤、骨折等情况,同时测量L2-L4、双侧股骨颈、粗隆及Ward’s三角区的骨密度(T-score),取两者T-score低值,按60~79岁组、≥80岁组及全部老年人组,与前述调查指标进行偏相关分析,并比较骨质疏松、骨量减少、骨量正常3组上述指标有无差异。结果 3组患者均与性别、体重、喝浓茶等因素相关(P<0.05),≥80岁组及全部老年人组骨密度与服用他汀类降脂药、含维生素D3的钙片、饮酒、运动等因素相关(P<0.05),全部老年人组还与喝牛奶因素相关(P<0.05);按骨质疏松、骨量减少、骨量正常组间比较,性别、身高、体重、服用他汀类降脂药、饮酒、喝浓茶、牛奶、运动8项因素有统计学意义(P<0.05),把上述8项因素在组间进行两两比较,性别因素在各组均有统计学差异,身高、饮酒、运动3项因素在骨质疏松组和骨质正常组有统计学意义(P<0.01),体重在骨质疏松组与骨量减少组、骨质疏松组与骨量正常组有统计学意义,服用他汀类药物、喝浓茶、牛奶3项因素在骨质疏松组与骨量正常组、骨量减少组与骨量正常组有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本组老年人骨质疏松或骨量减少与性别、体重、服含维生素D3的钙片、喝浓茶等因素相关,饮酒、喝浓茶、牛奶、服用他汀类降脂药、运动对骨质疏松可能有预防作用。 Objective To understand the relationship between the elderly lifestyle and osteoporosis in Guilin. Methods A total of 246 hospitalized elderly patients (≥60 years old) in our hospital were enrolled in this study. Gender, age, height and weight were investigated within 24 hours. Results All three groups were related to gender, weight, drinking tea and other factors (P <0.05), bone mineral density (BMD) in patients over 80 years old and all the elderly were significantly lower than those on the statins lipid lowering drug, calcium tablets with vitamin D3, (P <0.05) .All the elderly group were also related to drinking milk (P <0.05). According to the difference of osteoporosis, osteopenia and normal bone mass, gender, height, weight, Eight kinds of factors such as lipid-lowering drugs, drinking, drinking tea, milk, exercise were statistically significant (P <0.05), the above eight factors in the comparison between groups, gender differences in each group were statistically significant There were significant differences in body weight, alcohol consumption and exercise among osteoporosis group and normal group (P <0.01). Body weight was significantly higher in osteoporosis group and osteopenia group, osteoporosis group and normal bone mass group Statistically significant statins, statins, tea drink, milk 3 factors in osteoporosis group and normal bone mass group, osteopenia group and normal bone mass group were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion This group of elderly osteoporosis or osteopenia and gender, weight, vitamin D3-containing calcium tablets, drink tea and other factors related to drinking, drinking tea, milk, taking statins lipid-lowering drugs, exercise on the bone Loose quality may have a preventive effect.
