临界高血压(Borderline Hyperten-sion,BH)是常见的临床综合征,人群患病率高,发展成确定性高血压(Establish-ed Hypertension,EH)的危险性大,其心血管并发症的罹患率和病死率较正常人群高数倍,但尚未发生继发性心血管损害,是研究高血压发病机制及防治的有利时机。本文就近年BH的研究进展作一综述。
Borderline Hypertension (BH) is a common clinical syndrome with a high prevalence in the population and a high risk of developing Establish-ed Hypertension (EH). Patients with cardiovascular complications Rate and mortality than the normal population several times higher, but not yet secondary to cardiovascular damage, is to study the pathogenesis of hypertension and prevention and treatment of a favorable opportunity.
