教学、科学研究和社会服务是高等院校的三大职能,科学研究是高校的一项根本任务。高职院校应从科技工作的科学合理定位、培养科技人才的主要措施和实施科技人才培养工程3个方面,遵循教育科研发展规律和教师专业化成长规律,以增强实践能力为重点,探索符合高职院校实际的科技人才培养模式。
Teaching, scientific research and social services are the three major functions of institutions of higher learning. Scientific research is a fundamental task of colleges and universities. Higher vocational colleges should follow scientific and reasonable development of scientific and technological work, major measures of cultivating scientific and technological talents and implementation of scientific and technological personnel training projects, follow the law of education and scientific research and the law of teachers’ professional growth, and focus on enhancing practical ability, Vocational colleges and universities practical model of science and technology personnel training.
