春风熙熙、春意盎然。乘着国发[2011]4号文的春风,上海市软件行业协会2011工作年会暨“2010年度国家规划布局内重点软件企业”颁证仪式与“2010上海市软件行业标兵”颁奖仪式于2011年3月31日在上海市经济管理干部学院礼堂隆重举行。上海市经信委、科委、商务委、社团管理局、市经济团体联合会等相关部门负责人,各区县信息主管部门负责人,相关产业园区(基地)负责人,重点软件企业负责人及十余家媒体记者,以及来自147家软件企业的约300人出席了会议。
