本文根据斯莱沃斯基理论,阐述与分析了美国通航FBO运营模式的演进及发展,在此基础上,对FBO运营模式的设计进行了积极的探索,以期对我国FBO运营及发展提供理论依据。分析表明,FBO应服务多样化用户,重点对待VIP客户;在价值来源多元化的基础上,拓展最具潜力的价值渠道;发挥自身优势,建立防御战略;经营一至两种主要业务,提供全方位的专业化服务。
Based on the theory of Silesivski, this paper elaborates and analyzes the evolution and development of the operational mode of American navigation through FBO, and on this basis, it actively explores the design of the FBO operating mode in order to provide a theoretical basis for the operation and development of FBO . The analysis shows that the FBO should serve diversified subscribers and focus on VIP customers. On the basis of a diversified source of value, it should expand its most promising value channels, exert its own advantages and establish a defensive strategy, and operate one or two major businesses to provide omni-directional Professional services.
