用失重法、电化学方法,评价了喷镇Al、离子镀Al、喷镀Zn、离子镀Ti、离子注N5种表面处理工艺对碳钢在天然气饱和轻烃脱出水中的耐蚀性能。结果表明:用喷镀Al、离子镀Al的方法,可以提高碳钢在天然气饱和轻烃脱出水中的使用寿命,腐蚀速度降低为原来的1/3~1/6;喷镀Zn、离子镀Ti处理,表面腐蚀严重;离子注N处理,可提高碳钢在该介质中使用寿命1倍以上。结合生产实际,提高天然气饱和轻烃脱出水日贮罐的使用寿命,采用碳钢喷镀Al表面处理工艺是较为可行的。
The corrosion resistance of carbon steel in natural gas-saturated light hydrocarbon extraction water was evaluated by weight loss method and electrochemical method. The corrosion resistance of carbon steel in natural gas-saturated light hydrocarbon extraction water was evaluated by surface treatment such as spray Al, ion plating Al, spray Zn, ion plating Ti and ion injection N5. The results show that the service life of carbon steel can be increased by spraying Al and ion plating Al, the service life of carbon steel can be increased and the corrosion rate can be reduced from 1/3 to 1/6. Zn, ion plating Ti Treatment, serious surface corrosion; ion injection N treatment can improve the service life of carbon steel in the medium more than 1 times. Combining with the actual production, it is feasible to improve the service life of natural gas saturated light hydrocarbon out of the water storage tank, using carbon steel spray Al surface treatment process.
