采用氮铝钛(TiAlN)涂层硬质合金刀具对不锈钢、模具钢进行切削实验,并与未涂层硬质合金刀具的寿命作比较.研究了TiAlN涂层刀具与未涂层硬质合金刀具在不同的切削参数下的刀具磨损状况,利用扫描电子显微镜对磨损后的刀具表面形貌进行了分析.同时深入研究TiAlN涂层刀具的切削长度与刀具磨损量之间的定量关系.结果表明:TiAlN涂层刀具有优良的物理性能、力学性能和很高的耐磨性能,与未涂层刀具相比,大幅提高了刀具的耐用度,是切削不锈钢、模具钢等难加工材料的理想刀具材料.
The cutting experiment of stainless steel and tool steel with TiAlN coated cemented carbide tool was carried out and compared with that of uncoated cemented carbide tool.The effects of TiAlN coated tool and uncoated cemented carbide tool The wear status of the tool under different cutting parameters was analyzed by scanning electron microscope.The quantitative relationship between the cutting length of TiAlN coated tool and the tool wear was studied.The results show that: TiAlN coated tool has excellent physical properties, mechanical properties and high wear resistance, compared with uncoated tools, significantly improve the durability of the tool, cutting stainless steel, die steel and other difficult to machine the ideal material for the tool material .
