笔者根据美国陆军工程兵团制定的《水力设计准则》中的“水力没计图722-1”,编制了消力井斜管式跌水通用设计,并委托我省水利科学研究所进行了水工模型试验。试验成果表明,斜管式跌水消力井具有较好的消能效果。对于起始运行(下游无水或尾水较浅)的斜管式跌水来说,是一种较为理想的消能工。使用和试验情况还说明,在一定条件下而言,消力井和我省撞击(箱式)消
According to the “Hydraulic Planning Chart 722-1” formulated by the US Army Corps of Engineers, the author compiled a general design of inclined well pipe-type downfalling wells and commissioned the provincial Institute of Hydraulic Research to carry out hydraulic engineering Model test. The test results show that the inclined tube-type drop water well has good energy dissipation effect. For the initial operation (less water downstream or shallow draft) inclined tube-type water fall, is a more ideal energy dissipater.
