福州建筑工程职业中专学校德育工作长期坚持“以人为本、以德树人、以质立校”的工作方针,努力为学生创设健康和谐的良好成长环境。我们注重养成教育,提升学生的品德修养,引导养成健全的人格,增强社会责任感,激励成才意识。在德育实践中,注重挖掘校史功能,构建有形文化,对接校企合作,倡导“5Q8S”管理,形成了独具特色的德育管理模式,有效提升了学校的德育管理水平。一、提炼核心价值观,形成教育信念
