花生秆和棉籽壳在我国农村十分丰富。为了充分利用这一资源,笔者于1987～1988年进行了花生秆、棉籽壳野外袋栽香菇试验,生物学效率达到87.7%,现简介如下:(一)菌种和配方:试验在高安县锦江牛场香菇厂进行。供试菌种Cr—02。设四组培养料配方:①花生秆74%;②棉籽壳74%;③花生秆37%+棉籽壳37%;
Peanut stalk and cotton seed hulls in our country is very rich. In order to make full use of this resource, the author carried out peanut stalk and cotton seed hulls wild bag mushroom cultivation experiment from 1987 to 1988, the biological efficiency reached 87.7%, the brief introduction is as follows: (A) strain and formula: test in Gao’an County Jinjiang Mushroom farm mushroom factory. Test species Cr-02. Set four training materials formula: ① 74% of peanut; ② cottonseed shell 74%; ③ 37% of peanut straw + 37% of cottonseed shell;
