针对全流量补燃循环发动机,给出了一种分区燃烧、身部二次喷注掺混、表面镀镍抗氧化的富氧预燃室设计方案,设计了富燃点火启动富氧关机的试验时序,进行了26次试验,初步研究了身部二次喷注流量大小对燃气均匀性的影响.试验结果表明:预燃室结构设计合理,点火可靠、结构安全;身部二次喷注流量变化对出口燃气均匀度分布影响明显,存在一个二次喷注流量最佳值.
Aiming at the full-flow combustion engine, a kind of oxy-fuel pre-combustion chamber design scheme of sub-zone combustion, body secondary injection and surface oxidation of nickel was presented. Twenty-six experiments were carried out to study the influence of the volume of secondary jet flow on gas uniformity.The results show that the structure of the pre-combustion chamber is reasonable, the ignition is reliable, and the structure is safe. The secondary jet flow The change has a significant effect on the evenness distribution of outlet gas, and there exists an optimum value of the secondary injection flow rate.
