太原市市政工程建设开发公司成立于1985年10月,是太原市唯一一家实施政府城市市政基础设施建设甲方职能并进行市政综合开发的全民事业性质公司,内部实行企业化管理。公司始建初期,总共才20名职工,而且租地办公,全部固定资产仅数万元。经过短短不到十年的发展,公司目前已拥有正式职工85人,其中各类专业技术人员63人,占职工总数的75％左右。内设科室(部门)17个,固定资产原值达939万元。公司还有下属企业、实体5个,人员达200余人。1993年公司完成投资总额达
Established in October 1985, Taiyuan Municipal Engineering Construction Development Co., Ltd. is the only company in Taiyuan that implements the functions of Party A in the municipal infrastructure construction of the government and carries out municipal comprehensive development.
