能否塑造出现代法律职业者即法律职业共同体,是法律能否从纸面走向生活的关键和塑造普遍意义上的社会“法律人”的前提,也是衡量一个国家法治文明发展程度的重要标志。作为培养法律职业者的重要制度,法学教育在一国法治实现中无疑具有重要意义。在我国,统一司法考试制度实施后,为了建立法律职业共同体的需要,如何定位法学教育,对于我国法治的建设具有深远意义。
