利用原子力显微镜(AFM)观察、研究了杂质对KDP(DKDP)晶体中液相包裹散射形成的影响.对液相散射形成机理和溶液过饱和度的影响进行了探讨,结果表明杂质和溶液的过饱和度是加重晶体散射的重要原因.
The influence of impurities on the formation of liquid-phase scattering in KDP (DKDP) crystal was investigated by atomic force microscopy (AFM). The formation mechanism of liquid-phase scattering and the effect of supersaturation were discussed. The results show that Saturation is an important reason to increase the scattering of crystals.
