人格魅力不仅体现在知识层面,一个人的气质、道德等综合性的元素体现了一个人的人格魅力。随着教学改革进程的推进,教师不仅要将英语知识传授给学生,还要让学生在接受知识的同时感受到教师的人格魅力。这样,才能对学生形成积极的影响,高中英语教学的意义将会更加明显。那么何谓教学艺术?教师又如何在教学中运用教学艺术,展示人格魅力呢?我根据多年的教学经验对此展开了论述,望对广大教师的教学带来借鉴意义。
Personality charm is not only reflected in the knowledge level, a person’s temperament, moral and other comprehensive elements reflect a person’s personality charm. With the progress of teaching reform, teachers not only impart knowledge of English to students, but also make students feel the charisma of teachers while receiving knowledge. In this way, students can form a positive impact, the significance of high school English teaching will be more obvious. So what is teaching art? How can teachers use teaching art in teaching to show their charisma? Based on many years of teaching experience, I have discussed this and hopefully can provide reference for the teaching of teachers.
