目的 探讨心肌细胞移植到大鼠疤痕心肌组织后对大鼠血流动力学的影响效果。方法 利用细胞培养和移植技术 ,将胎鼠心肌细胞移植到心梗后的疤痕组织中 ,4周后测定左室血流动力学参数。结果 与正常组相比 ,心梗组大鼠左室收缩末期压 (Pes)和左室压力最大变化值 (dp/dtmax ,dp/dtmin)明显减少 ,左室舒张末期压 (Ped)和等容时间常数 (Tc)明显增大 ;与心梗组相比 ,移植组上述指标明显改善。结论 心肌细胞移植到大鼠疤痕心肌组织后改善了心梗后大鼠的心脏功能
Objective To investigate the effect of myocardial cell transplantation on myocardial hemodynamics in rats after myocardial transplantation. Methods The fetal rat cardiac myocytes were transplanted to the scar tissue after myocardial infarction by cell culture and transplantation. Left ventricular hemodynamic parameters were measured after 4 weeks. Results Compared with the normal control group, left ventricular end-systolic pressure (Pes) and left ventricular pressure (dp / dtmax, dp / dtmin) were significantly decreased in myocardial infarction group and left ventricular end diastolic pressure The time constant (Tc) increased obviously. Compared with the myocardial infarction group, the above indexes in the transplantation group were significantly improved. Conclusion Myocardial cell transplantation after myocardial infarction in rats improved cardiac function after myocardial infarction in rats
