开展工业化养鱼在国外已有30多年的历史。随着科学技术的发展,各国工业化养鱼规模日益扩大,新型养殖技术不断涌现。工业化养鱼技术在提高鱼类产量和降低能耗、节约水源等方面都取得了令人瞩目的成就,今后国外工业化养鱼技术将有更大发展。 工业化养鱼将主要采用闭式循环水养殖系统。由于世界性水资源短缺,各发达国家基本上不再发展耗水多的流水养鱼,而是重点开发闭式循环水养殖设备,进一步改善水处理技术,减少日换水量。另一方面,可在海上流动生产的船舶型、海上平台型流水式养鱼设备等,在西欧和北欧国家将有一定程度的发展。
Carrying out industrialized fish farming has a history of more than 30 years in foreign countries. With the development of science and technology, the scale of industrialized fish farming in various countries is expanding day by day, and new farming techniques are emerging. Industrialized fish farming has made remarkable achievements in raising fish production, reducing energy consumption and saving water. In the future, industrialized fish culture technology in foreign countries will have greater development. Industrial fish culture will mainly use closed-loop recirculation aquaculture system. Due to the shortage of world-wide water resources, developed countries are basically no longer developing water-intensive fish farming. Instead, they focus on the development of closed-loop recirculating aquaculture equipment to further improve water treatment technologies and reduce daily water exchange. On the other hand, ship-based and offshore platform-type aqueduct equipment that can be produced at sea will develop to a certain extent in Western and northern European countries.
