职务犯罪是世界各国目前面临的严峻挑战,也是政府严厉打击的对象,职务犯罪预防机制的有效建立和运行可以很大程度的截止职务犯罪案件的泛滥,为政府正常有序运行,民主社会建设提供必要保障。新加坡政府经历了从腐败到廉政的考验,其治理经验,尤其是职务犯罪预防机制值得我国从比较法的角度学习和借鉴。
