对开放式离子源四极质谱计和封闭式离子源四极质谱计实验装置进行了标定 ,并用其对氚靶中3 He释放进行了测量。标定与测量结果表明 :开放式离子源四极质谱计可定量测量3 He的最低原子数为6× 10 6,封闭式离子源四极质谱计则为 3× 10 10 ;对于氚量较大的氚靶 ,两者均能对其3 He释放进行定量测量 ,测量结果间的相对偏差约为 5 3 % ;对于小氚量氚靶 ,前者可用于3 He定量测量 ,测量结果的不确定度主要来源于质谱计的标定过程 ,约为 7 2 % ,后者则难以对其进行定量测量
The open ion source quadrupole mass spectrometer and closed ion source quadrupole mass spectrometer experimental device were calibrated and used to measure 3 He emission in tritium targets. Calibration and measurement results show that the minimum number of atoms of 3 He can be measured 6 × 10 6 by open source quadrupole mass spectrometer and 3 × 10 10 by closed source ion mass spectrometer. Tritium target, both of which can measure the 3 He release quantitatively, and the relative deviation between the measurement results is about 53%. For the small tritium target, the former can be used for 3 He quantitative measurement.
