1.高起点、高水平,环境建设策略加快食堂建设步伐,配备完善的设施设备,是满足学院发展需要、为广大师生提供满意服务的物质基础。自2000年起,我们在食堂硬件建设上,坚持科学合理的规划,按照食品卫生法、消防法要求,建设了5000m2的新餐厅,同时对3000m2的旧餐厅进行了装修改造。新建设和改造的餐厅操作间实现标准化加工操作流程,配备了不锈钢厨灶具,生产能力大大提高。餐厅配备了玻璃钢桌椅,不锈钢公共餐具,自动洗碗机,配备了电视等,就餐环境得到了改善。
