分析内蒙古图书馆“彩云服务”的成功经验,为公共图书馆读者服务创新提供借鉴和参考。利用网络调研与内容分析等方法,在系统解读“彩云服务”项目的基础上,提出优化策略。研究表明:“彩云服务”运行模式由用户需求驱动,保障机制由馆藏结构调控体系和用户信用等级制度构成;创新特点包括私人订制、流程再造和“互联网+”;优化路径涵盖3个方面,即网上选书与在线下单,公开招标与竞争合作,建立联盟与协同发展。
Analysis of the successful experience of Inner Mongolia Library “Caiyun Service ”, provide reference and reference for the service innovation of public library readers. Using network research and content analysis and other methods, we propose the optimization strategy based on the systematic interpretation of the “Caiyun Services” project. The research shows that the operation mode of “cloud service ” is driven by the user’s demand, and the safeguard mechanism is composed of the structure regulation and control system of the collection and the credit rating system of users. Innovative features include private subscription, process reengineering and “Internet + ” Three aspects, that is, online book selection and online orders, open bidding and competition and cooperation, the establishment of alliances and coordinated development.
