第一章总則 第一条:本会名为中国医疗卫生建筑研究会。第二条:本会员是由我国从事医疗卫生建筑的教育、设计与研究的工作者;从事医疗卫生建设与管理的工作者组成。本会接受卫生部的领导和建设部的业务指导,是中国卫生经济学会下的二级学会组织。第三条:本会的宗旨是:在坚持四项基本原则的基础上,团结和联络全国从事医疗卫生建筑的广大科技管理人员,积极开展对医疗卫生现代化建筑的探索,使之既适合国情又富有时代特征,提高医疗卫生机构建筑设计水平,为医疗卫生事业的发展做出贡献。第四条:本会坚持辩证唯物主义,贯彻“百花齐放,百家争鸣”的方针,遵循实事求是原
Chapter I General Provisions Article 1: This is the name of China Medical and Health Building Research Association. Article 2: This member is a worker engaged in the education, design and research of medical architecture in our country, and a worker engaged in the construction and management of medical and health care. This Council accepts the leadership of the Ministry of Health and the business guidance of the Ministry of Construction, which is a secondary academic organization under the Chinese Health Economics Association. Article 3: The purpose of this Association is: On the basis of upholding the four basic principles, we should unite and contact the vast numbers of scientific and technological management personnel engaged in the construction of medical buildings throughout the country and actively carry out the exploration of modern medical and healthcare buildings so that they are suitable both for the national conditions Rich features of the times, improve the level of architectural design of medical and health institutions, to contribute to the development of health care.
