正确地反映和测量下肢动脉血压,对生理学、某些心血管疾病的鉴别诊断和创伤外科都有一定的意义。迄今教科书仍认为正常人平卧位时“下肢血压较上肢可高约20~40”。实际上,插管法记录的肱动脉和股动脉的压力曲线,在平卧位时各方面都是极其相似的。现根据血液动力学的基本理论和上肢血压计的设计原理,研制检测下肢血压的专用工具,摘要报告如下。
Correctly reflect and measure the lower extremity arterial pressure, the physiology, the differential diagnosis of certain cardiovascular diseases and traumatic surgery have a certain significance. Textbooks so far still believe that when the normal human supine position “lower extremity blood pressure can be higher about 20 to 40”. In fact, the pressure curves recorded by intubation for the brachial and femoral arteries are very similar in all respects in the supine position. Now based on the basic theory of hemodynamics and upper limb sphygmomanometer design principles, the development of special tools to detect lower extremity blood pressure, the summary report is as follows.
