目的:探讨沙棘总黄酮对正常EA.hy926细胞和连二亚硫酸钠缺氧损伤后EA.hy926细胞的影响。方法:采用培养EA.hy926细胞及连二亚硫酸钠损伤EA.hy926细胞模型,加入不同浓度的沙棘总黄酮观察细胞形态,MTT法测细胞活力,研究沙棘总黄酮对EA.hy926内皮细胞的影响。结果:沙棘总黄酮不影响正常EA.hy926细胞形态,可以剂量依赖性地增加其细胞活力,但不能改善连二亚硫酸钠缺氧损伤后EA.hy926细胞形态X和细胞活力。结论:沙棘总黄酮对连二亚硫酸钠造成EA.hy926细胞缺氧损伤的无保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of total flavonoids of seabuckthorn on EA.hy926 cells and sodium hyposulfite-induced hypoxia-injured EA.hy926 cells. METHODS: The EA.hy926 cells and the sodium thiosulfate-injured EA.hy926 cell model were used. The cell morphology was observed by adding different concentrations of total flavonoids of Hippophae rhamnoides. The cell viability was measured by MTT assay. The effects of total flavonoids of Hippophae rhamnoides on EA.hy926 endothelial cells were studied. RESULTS: Total flavonoids of Hippophae rhamnoides had no effect on the morphology of normal EA.hy926 cells and could increase their cell viability in a dose-dependent manner, but could not improve the morphology X and cell viability of EA.hy926 cells after hypoxic injury. Conclusion: The total flavonoids of Hippophae rhamnoides have no protective effect on the hypoxic injury of EA.hy926 cells caused by sodium dithionite.
