在以往的工作中作者发现向凝固看的重量为7.1吨的钢锭吹氧气或吹空气,对于减轻钢3沸腾钢锭的有害偏析有显著的功效.为了进一步了解这类处理方法对于重量更大、因而偏析问题更为严重的钢3钢锭是否也有同样效果,曾进行了10吨以上的(目前鞍钢生产中重量最大的)FX107型钢锭的吹氧试验,并对成品钢板的质量作了监定(试验D).在另两组试验(试验B和H)中,研究了在钢锭模内加鉄板(中板,薄板)冷却对于钢3钢锭内的偏析的影响.试验H中还包括了向钢液表面(而不是象以前作的插入钢液)吹压缩空气的试验.
