《劳动法》颁布已有四年多的时间.从实际执行情况看,总的是好的,但也存在不少问题,必须加大督检力度,认真加以解决。目前存在的主要问题,从用人单位方面看,主要有:一是违反劳动安全卫生法规,违章作业,二是私招滥雇。一些企业不向劳动行政部门申报用人计划,擅自张贴招工广告,甚至直接派人到外地私招劳务工。少数企业开办数年,从不到劳动行政部门办理用人手续。三是招用童工。尽管国家三令五申,严禁招用童工,劳动监察机构也对招用童工的施以重罚,但招用童工现象在我省并未绝
It has been more than four years since the promulgation of the “Labor Law.” Judging from the actual implementation, the overall situation is good, but many problems still exist.
