松木坪电厂流化床锅炉由于操作失误引起锅炉结焦。在床温下降后 ,运行人员为提高床温 ,进行了减一次风与加煤的操作 ,导致一次风量小于最小流化风量而结焦。为防止结焦 ,应注意床温量值的变化 ,不可盲目减风 ;应注意料层差压的变化 ,如料层差压剧增 ,应开大一次风挡板 ,可避免结焦 ;应注意投油与断油操作 ,若床温下降无法稳燃 ,可投油助燃 ;若结焦已发生 ,不可投油
