在首次提出包络法分析孔型容积的基础上, 考虑了在4 种轧制情况下, 优化计算了轧制Φ30m m 磨球时轧辊的参数, 分析了在轧制过程中孔型多余金属系数随轧辊转角变化而变化的趋势,给出了轧制Φ30m m 磨球的最佳轧辊倾角和喇叭口倾角,从而为实际生产中避免早断、表面贴皮等轧制缺陷提供了一定的理论依据。
