采用水模拟及PIV粒子测速系统,研究了不同水口结构对板坯结晶器流场的影响。结果表明:该试验条件下,凸底水口射流区平均速度较大,约为0.65m/s,凹底工况约为0.50m/s,水口倾角对上、下回旋区钢液流股影响较大,6种水口结构中,凹底向下15°水口结构液面波动较缓,窄面附近液面稳定,流场分布较为均匀稳定,较为适合现场浇铸。
