产品忠诚度的唯一老师是消费者。谁消费我的产品,我就把谁研究透,一天不研究我就痛苦一天。所以我一向主张:花70%的精力关注消费者;投入20%的精力做好终端执行;花10%的精力用来管理经销商。
The only teacher in product loyalty is the consumer. Who consumes my product, I put through thoroughly research, one day I do not study painful day. So I always advocate: spend 70% of the energy focus on consumers; invested 20% of the energy to do the terminal implementation; spent 10% of the energy used to manage the dealer.
