总结手术切除４７４例小细胞肺癌的治疗效果；将综合治疗２２６例与单纯手术２４８例行对比分析；初步评价手术前、后行综合治疗对预后的影响。全组１、３、５年生存率分别为８２．９４％、３４．６３％、２２．３８％。综合治疗组５年生存率３４．５％，单纯手术组５年生存率１１．５４％。分析结果显示：小细胞肺癌预后与ＴＮＭ分期关系密切；综合治疗优于单纯手术（Ｐ＜０．０１）；术前治疗较术后治疗病例预后差（Ｐ＜０．０１）；手术适应证为Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期及部分Ⅲａ期病例。
Surgical resection of 474 cases of small cell lung cancer was reviewed. 226 cases of comprehensive treatment were compared with 248 cases of simple operation. The effect of comprehensive treatment before and after the operation on the prognosis was evaluated. The overall 1-, 3-, and 5-year survival rates were 82.94%, 34.63%, and 22.38%, respectively. The 5-year survival rate of the comprehensive treatment group was 34.5%, and the 5-year survival rate of the surgery alone group was 11.54%. The analysis showed that the prognosis of small cell lung cancer was closely related to TNM stage; comprehensive treatment was superior to simple surgery (P<0.01); preoperative treatment was worse than postoperative treatment (P<0.01); Phase I, II and Part IIIa cases.
