Gibran’s prose poetry was introduced to our country as early as the thirties and won the love of several generations of readers. His poem is scarce and scattered in the essays. Nueiman’s novel has gradually become familiar to our readers, but his poetry has not yet seen in Chinese translation. As for Abu Madi, his name and his works are unfamiliar to our readers. It is precisely for this reason that I would like to dedicate myself to the translation of the five poems entitled “Three Giants in the United States to the United States” and dedicate them to our readers.
