采用均匀设计法与微机技术优选出阿克拉霉素聚氨基丙烯酸异丁脂毫微粒制备条件,按此条件制备的产品外观为乳黄色胶体溶液,粒径在84±31nm范围,包封率为94. 57%,载药量达47.28%,Zeta电位为-14.08mv,达到产品设计要求。
Using uniform design method and computer technology, the optimum conditions of preparing isopamycin polyaminoacrylic acid isobutyl nanoparticles were obtained. The products prepared under these conditions were in the form of milk yellow colloidal solution with the particle size of 84 ± 31nm and the entrapment efficiency of 94 57%, drug loading 47.28%, Zeta potential of -14.08mv, to meet product design requirements.
