利用人工接虫技术能早期鉴定林木抗虫性,缩短林木育种周期.作者于1997 年进行早期鉴定方法的探讨,1998 年在1997 年的基础上采用网室接种天牛成虫、树干套笼接种成虫、接种幼虫3种方法进行接种试验.3 种接种试验结果比较一致.接种成虫的产卵数、孵化幼虫数( 虫口密度) 在糖槭、合作杨、中林34 上多,林木受害严重;在新疆杨、毛白杨、河北杨上少,林木受害较轻;刺槐、臭椿基本免受危害.接种幼虫试验,幼虫成活率在糖槭、合作杨上高,在毛白杨、河北杨、新疆杨上比较低,在刺槐、臭椿上最低.试验结果与宁夏地区光肩星天牛危害调查的各树种对天牛的抗性相吻合.3 种方法进行早期鉴定都是可行、有效、简便的.
Artificial insects can be used to early identification of forest pest resistance and shorten the forest breeding cycle. In 1997, the author discussed the method of early identification. Three methods for early identification are feasible, effective and easy.
