研究了在三维激光切割过程中,激光束姿态(“切割倾角”和“切割方向”)对切割质量的影响。结果表明,当激光束偏离重力方向达45°时,保证切割质量合格的工艺参量范围将发生变化:三维上坡切割的范围略大于二维切割,而三维下坡切割的范围则明显小于二维切割。指出了在三维切割中,应尽量采用上坡切割方式,在必须采用下坡切割方式的时候应控制其最高切割速度小于二维切割的速度。
The effect of the laser beam pose (“cutting angle” and “cutting direction”) on the cutting quality was studied in 3D laser cutting. The results show that when the laser beam deviates from the direction of gravitational force by 45 °, the range of the process parameters that ensure the cutting quality will be changed: the range of three-dimensional uphill cutting is slightly larger than that of two-dimensional cutting, and the range of three-dimensional downhill cutting is obviously smaller than two-dimensional Cutting. It is pointed out that in the three - dimensional cutting, the cutting method should be used as much as possible. When the downhill cutting method must be adopted, the maximum cutting speed should be controlled less than the cutting speed of two - dimensional cutting.
