针对并行耦合产品设计任务分配策略的优劣会影响设计任务完成效果的问题,引入工作转移矩阵和任务分配矩阵以将设计任务分配给设计团队,并提出了学习效应矩阵用以考虑返工过程中设计团队产生的学习效应,从而建立了并行耦合设计任务分配多目标优化数学模型。利用遗传算法求解该模型,获得了最佳任务分配方案。以某汽车引擎罩部件的开发项目为例,验证了该模型的可行性和有效性。
