肠气囊肿症(Pneumatosis CystoidesIntestinalis)是一种少见的消化道疾病,特点是在胃肠道的任何部位及偶尔在肠系膜上出现多发的充满气体的囊性肿物。在临床表现、X线检查及肠镜检查中,易于同其它炎症性肠病混淆。近来我科收治2例误诊患者报告如下。
Pneumatosis Cystoides Intestinalis is a rare gastrointestinal disease characterized by the presence of multiple, gas-filled cystic masses in any part of the gastrointestinal tract and occasionally in the mesentery.
