沂水县第二实验中学始建于2011年,涵盖幼儿园、小学、初中三个学段,学校现有班级57个,在校生3000余人,教职工173人。建校以来,学校领导班子务实创新、开拓进取,坚持“以人为本、德育为先、尊重个性、全面发展”的办学理念,秉承“建和雅校园,育儒雅学子”宗旨,努力探索“个性化教育”模式,逐步形成了师德醇厚、学生乐学的文化氛围和开放、灵活、富有实效的办学模式。
Yishui County Experimental Secondary School was founded in 2011, covering kindergarten, primary and junior high school three sessions, the school has 57 classes, more than 3,000 students, 173 faculty members. Since the establishment of the school, the school leadership pragmatic innovation, pioneering spirit, adhere to the “people-oriented, moral education first, respect for individuality, all-round development,” the concept of running a school, adhering to the “Jian and Ya Campus, Confucianism and elegance,” aims to explore “Personalized education ” mode, and gradually formed a mellow morality, student learning culture and open, flexible and effective school-running mode.
