知识经济时代的来临带来了经济社会的巨大变革,不间断的变革和高度的不确定性也导致了现代企业竞争的变化。为了在猛烈的变革浪潮和激烈的竞争中立足,现在企业对知识型员工的重视也越来越高,因为无论是合理分配及利用资源、制定企业长期发展战略,还是参与并赢得竞争,任何一个企业都离不开人才的因素,知识型员工对此可谓是有着举足轻重的作用。因此,现在企业人力资源管理的核心课题就是如何激励知识型员工,使其能力得到最大限度的施展,为企业的发展提供更强大的支撑,已成为现代企业人力资源管理的核心。
